Symptoms
On applying Siebel 22.1 patch update on 20.10 environment, PostinstallDBSetup completes successfully, but there are errors in siebdevcli logs :
According to Post Installation Database Update Exit Codes Meaning (Doc ID 2806172.1), exit code 1 means that the WS Ranking Utility Execution is Not Applicable, but SeedSchemaSetup and Workflow Upgrade utilities were successfully completed and PostinstallDbSetup execution is completed.
Upon checking at DB level, the REP_VER_NUM column in S_WS_VERSION table actually exists and is correctly updated.
