Symptoms

After migrating Siebel to OCI the filesystem throw below errors in object manager logs:

To replicate the issue perform the following steps:

Install Siebel in OCI
Migrate filesystem from premise to cloud.

Changes

The issue was triggered by migration from premise to Cloud.
