Siebel Installation Subdirectories Are Not Available To Select In The Siebel Installation Wizard (Doc ID 2853057.1)

Customer rolled back from Siebel 21.x to Siebel 20.x and then tried to install Siebel 22.x however the 22.x Installation Wizard could not find the existing Siebel Subdirectories.

1. Rollback from Siebel 21.x to Siebel 20.x
2. Install Siebel 22.x on top of Siebel 20.x
3. Observe the Siebel 20.x subdirectories are not available to choose from the Siebel 22.x Installation Wizard
