Siebel Tools In Constraint Mode For Symbolic Strings Object (Doc ID 2855335.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from Siebel IP 2015 to 21.12 version, unable to add / edit symbolic strings using Siebel tools.

Steps to recreate the issue are:

1. Launch Siebel Tools

2. Using the Object Explorer, navigate to Symbolic Strings

3. Try to import Symbolic Strings using a SIF file or try to modify Symbolic String Reference for any Applet List Column.

4. Seeing the following error:
