Incorrect Data is Displayed on Report Sent Via E-mail When Running BI Publisher Scheduler Jobs from Siebel (Doc ID 2857060.1)

Symptoms

Scheduler jobs come from Siebel to BI Publisher with data and parameters. In the given scenario there are bulk reports redirected from Siebel to BI Publisher and then sent via e-mail to external customers. During this process it has been reported that the reports sent are displaying wrong data:

1. Report Job History screen from BI Publisher shows the proper report job name

 

2. The generated report output does not provide the corresponding value

 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Perform Siebel-BI Publisher reporting integration (by following Doc ID 2332902.1)

2. Configure scheduler jobs

3. Run bulk reports sent via e-mail

4. Check report output data
