Symptoms
When attempting to login to unshipped language application object manager (AOM) component after the installation of the Monthly Update the following error occurs:
In the respective application object manager (AOM) log file located under siebsrvr\log directory the following error is found:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bring the Siebel Component up
2. Go to the URL related to the unshipped language application object manager
3. The above error is returned
