Symptoms

Getting error SBL-UIF-00400: No attachment. Either a file or a url needs to be specified for attachment in OpenUI

SBL-UIF-00400: No attachment. Either a file or a url needs to be specified for attachment.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Accounts > Attachments > Create a new record > open pop-up applet > select the file from file explorer
2. Error is seen but file gets attached.
