Symptoms

When attempting to execute the Java Business Service, the following error occurs in the Object Manager log file:

The error can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Deploy a new environment.

2. Execute the Java Business Service (either directly or through a workflow).

 Deploy a new test environment.
