ADM Generic Alert/Error Message showing up in Siebel OpenUI (Doc ID 2857561.1)

Symptoms

When the users try to export or import an ADM Project on Application Deployment Manager > Deployment Sessions and if something failed during this process. The Alert/Error Message is different between Siebel versions as shown in the following screenshots below between Siebel IP2014 and Siebel 22.1. In the older Siebel version the Alert/Error Message show more information on what exactly was causing the issue but in the newer Siebel version no matter the issue still shows this generic message as shown in the second screenshot below.

Steps to Reproduce the issue:

1. Login into Siebel Application

2. Go to Application Deployment Manager > Deployment Sessions.

3. Go to the Menu > Deploy from Local File.

4. Pick the export file for IP14(IP14_ADM_Project.xml).

5. The following error message below is displayed in the Siebel UI.
