Purpose
This document describes how to quickly create and configure a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate and certificate authority for use with Gitlab server for Lift & Shift or Greenfield deployment using Siebel Cloud Manager It is recommended that you use your company’s signed certificate during your implementation. However, if you are performing a test POC, this document describes how to create a self-signed certificate for Gitlab server which will hold the artifacts when you deploy Siebel application through Greenfield or Lift & Shift.
Scope
Create and configure a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate and certificate authority for use with Siebel Cloud Manager for version 18.12 and later.
