Calling RetrieveAttachmentService Business Service From A Custom Physical Renderer Generates Error “Unsupported property set value type” in Siebel Application

Symptoms
When calling the vanilla RetrieveAttachmentService business service to get an attachment based on an account using a custom Physical Renderer in Open UI, it failed with some errors. This business service works fine in the business service simulator.
ERROR:
Unsupported property set value type: 2, then after clicking ok for the error, Invalid encoded property set string
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom PR file (attachmentRetrievalErrorTestPR.js) under \ai\applicationcontainer_external\siebelwebroot\scripts\siebel\custom directory. Here is an example:
