Siebel Gateway Tomcat Process is Crashing Daily at Same Time with Windows EventViewer Error "Event ID: 36874" (Doc ID 2858057.1)

Symptoms

Siebel production instance is running with Siebel 19.8 version on Windows OS. Last couple of weeks, every day around 11 AM IST gateway tomcat process crashing and upon restart all works fine till next day. 

Below errors reported in tomcat log & Windows EventViewer:


STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Siebel 19.8 Instance live for almost 2 years
2. All of sudden for last of couple of weeks, Gateway tomcat process crashing daily around 11 AM IST
3. After restart of tomcat works fine till next day
