Symptoms

On : 21.5 version, Configuration - General

Applet title location is incorrect when using "Applet Form Grid Layout Nomenu" web template.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a workspace
2. For Service Request Detail Applet change the web template to Applet Form Grid Layout NoMenu
3. Login to Application and open the workspace in inspect mode
4. Navigate to Service Request List View
5. Check the form applet
6. The Applet title goes below the buttons.
