Symptoms

Siebel Test Automation, results from test passes are missing
Test results steps of the test passes are missing:

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Test Execution
2. Schedule Test Execution
3. Jenkins Process Test
4. Test Execution Status Changes to Completed
5. XML file is generated
6. Click on Create Test Passes
7. Test Passes is created successfully
8. Navigate to Test Passes View, Test Result is displayed
9. Navigate to Test Results View, no Test Step Result information is populated
