PrcExec Event Does Not Log The Workflow Name In OM Log Only The Id

Symptoms
PrcExec event does not log the workflow name in OM log, it logs only the id.
With the same log level (all events to 5), in version 20.6 it is observed the following logging detail for level 3 in PrcExec event:

In the new version 21.6, the same log level, produces a different result for log level 3 in PrcExec event - using the row_id of the workflow instead of the name:
PrcExec Create 4 0000000e60fe1f8c:0 2021-07-26 15:44:28 A criar a instância da definição do processo 'VDF DB Emails Validate Security Profile WF'.
The expected result would be that the PrcExec event logs the workflow name in OM log, not the id of the workflow for 21.6 Siebel version or higher.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Raise all events for a NON ENU Object Manager to 5 (e.g: SCCObjMgr_ptb).
2) Simulate a workflow from Administration - Business Service > Simulator.
3) Check the OM log.
4) Notice that the ID of the workflow is seen instead of the name of the workflow.
The result seen in thhe log file SCCObjMgr_ptb_0013_13631517.log is:

Upgrade the Siebel version from 20.6 to 21.6.
