Siebel users often open multiple Siebel OM sessions and do not log off from the existing sessions. This is resulting in OM task overloads.
Hence there is a need to enforce log off under below conditions:

1. Log off all users each night.
2. Log off user after user has been idle for 1 hour.
3. Automatically end the old session if a second session is created by the same user ID.
