Information in this document applies to any platform.
After changing the authentication method to Active Directory with a new Oracle Access Manager server, the following error occurs intermittently in running reports:
The issue can be reproduced intermittently with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Object Manager.
2. Navigate to any screen.
3. Run reports.
Change the old Active Directory server to a newer Active Directory server.
