After Patching Siebel From 20.6 To 20.12 - Getting Session Warning Error when Open Workspace (Doc ID 2860592.1)

Symptoms

After patch from Siebel 20.6 to 21.12, getting the Session Warning error when open any workspace in Siebel Application.

Note: Behavior is not seen in Siebel WebTools or Siebel Tools and workspaces can be opened from Siebel WebTools and Tools.


 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Financial Services application
2. Navigate to Workspace dashboard
3. Choose a developer workspace with Edit in Progress status
4. Click Open
5. It shows the Session Warning Message

Changes

 Patched the Application from 20.6 to 21.12
