When attempting to run the installer, the following errors occur in the terminal:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Attempt to perform a Siebel Upgrade from IP16 to 21.5.
2. Run the installer for Siebel 21.5 on AIX.
3. Notice the error being thrown.
