Server State on SMC Is Not Refreshed When the First Check Was Done Before Siebel Server Completely Started. (Doc ID 2863987.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Management Console can display the Siebel Server status on Management > Enterprises > Servers. If the first check is done before Siebel Server is completely up, it shows either "Handshake failed" or "Not available". When Siebel Server is fully started, SMC still shows the same status instead of "Running". This behavior does not occur when the first check is done after Siebel Server is completely up.

 

Steps to reproduce

While srvrmgr correctly shows Siebel Server status as Running, SMC does not reflect the current Siebel Server status.
