Unable To Open Help -> Contents Page When MultiTab Support Is Enabled (Doc ID 2866215.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Siebel Help using Application Menu Help > Content, below error is displayed:

  1. Follow the steps documented in DocId 2580478.1 - How To Enable Multi Tab Support to Enable Multi Tab

  2. Open Chrome browser

  3. Call Siebel URL can after enter credentials login to Siebel

  4. Siebel Application show up, on Application Menu select Help > Content

  5. Instead of showing Help contents web page, above error message is displayed in new browser window.
