Symptoms
Calls to "GetBrowserScript" Method are not cached at the Browser level in Siebel Application With Browser Scripts
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Open the Browser and the Debugger window in Network tab
2- Connect to a Siebel client which has some browser scripts implemented
=> A GetBrowserScript method should have been invoked
3- Log out
4- Connect to the Siebel client URL
=> A GetBrowserScript method should have been invoked and it is not taken from client browser cache.
5- Go to Accounts Screen > My Accounts View
=> A GetBrowserScript method should have been invoked
6- Go to Accounts Home Screen and then to My Accounts View
=> A GetBrowserScript method should have been invoked and it is not taken from client browser cache

Applied Siebel patch update 21.10 on top of 20.6.
