After Applying 22.3 Siebel Update, Srvrmgr is Crashing During Exit (Doc ID 2869071.1)

Siebel has been updated from 20.11 to 22.3. Post update, srvrmgr is crashing upon exit & core dump is generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Applied 22.3 update on top of Siebel 20.11

2. After enterprise bounce, all working fine

3. Invoke srvrmgr to validate servers & components status

4. exit srvrmgr

5. Core dump created on exit
