Siebel 22.1 And Later Screen View Does Not Display Parent Screen Name On Siebel WebTools In Flat View (Doc ID 2871180.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to check the Parent Screen Name for the Screen View List on Flat View in Siebel Web Tools, the Parent Screen Name does not show up in Web Tools but the same shows up in Siebel Tools.

1. Login to Siebel Tools and go to the flat tab and select Screen View

2. Check to see if the Parent Screen name shows up for the Screen view

3. Login to Siebel Web Tools and go to the flat tab and select screen view


4. Check to see if Parent Screen name shows up for the Screen view. The parent screen name will not show both in Web Tools Screens View UI as well as the columns displayed picklist as seen in the below screenshot.

ACTUAL RESULTS:

When attempting to view the Parent Screen for the Screen View List in Siebel Web Tools flat view, the option is not available in Web Tools

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The option is available in Tools client and it should also be available in Web Tools
