Workspace Inspect functionality is not working after updating the patch from Siebel 21.3 to version 22.3
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a new Workspace in Siebel tools
2) Make the customization changes into the Workspace
3) Navigate to Siebel development application and inspect the Workspace
4) Application still work on the old delivered code
Applied Siebel 22.3 update on the top of Siebel 21.3
