Crash In The Fulfillment Engine At CSSFulfillmentEngine::GetParameter (Doc ID 2873739.1)

Symptoms


Crash observed with the below call stack, When User try to Fulfill the Service Order Multiple times on which the FULFIL_LOCKED_FLG = Y.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take any Service Order for which the FULFIL_LOCKED_FLG = Y

2. Navigate to Service Orders and Query for the Order Number

3. Click on Fulfill button and it will thrown an expected below error

4. Click on the Fulfill button multiple times and Crash will be observed
