When Navigating to Workflow Process View from Siebel Web Tools, Instead of displaying workflow records, Blank page is coming up. Browser console displays below error message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to web tools

2. Click Workflow object

3. Notice that blank screen appears.


 Issue started happening after applying latest patch set, applying 22.4 on top of 21.12 version.
