ABS (Appt Booking System) Is Not Returning The Available Slots Based on "Break" Schedule When "Allow Breakable" Flag On Activity Is Enabled (Doc ID 2876029.1)

Symptoms

After setting "Allow Breakable" flag to "Y' on an Activity, ABS is not considering the "break" schedule and allocating the activity during lunch break.

ABS should consider the "break" in the schedule when showing the available slots.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Administration - Scheduling > Schedule, have a Schedule associated to service region as below:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 6:00PM (1pm-2pm is lunch break)


2. Go to My Activities and have an Unscheduled Activity:

Set the allow "Allow Breakable" to Y
Set Duration to 8 hours (480 minutes)


3. Go to Activities > Drilldown > Schedule it by clicking in the "Book Appointment" button

4. It shows 2 slots:

9pm-5pm
2pm-10pm

Ideally it should show 2 slots 9am-1pm and then 2pm-6pm.
