Child Tab Drop-Down Icon is Missing for Tabs with Multiple Categories in Tree Navigation (Doc ID 2876102.1)

Symptoms

When enabling Tree Navigation Control, the drop-down icon is missing for child tabs with subcategories. The icon is present in Siebel IP 2016, but is missing in Siebel CRM 21.x Update.

The 'Navigation Control' is set to 'Tree' in the User Preference settings

An example of a view with a child tab that has subcategories is any view under the Campaign Management screen.

It is expected that the drop-down icon is displayed to the users, otherwise they may not be aware there are subcategories.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Tools > User Preferences > Behavior
2. Set the 'Navigation Control' to 'Tree'
3. Save the settings, logout of the application and log back in.
4. Navigate to any view that has a child tab with subcategories. For instance: Campaign Management > Execute 

Due to this issue, users may not be aware there are subcategories for the child tab.
