Service Request Description Is Getting Over Written By Description From Other SR Randomly while updating Owner Field

When navigates through the Service Request Records, SR description getting overwritten from some other random SR while updating Owner Field
1)Login to Application
2)Go to Service request screen
3)From the list of records, select last service request record from the first set of records (From 1 to 10 records, select 10th service request record)
4)Change the Owner Field and do not save the record
5)Go to the next set of records from the Next set of record option i.e which will display record list from 11 to 20 record set
6)Observe last service request record description value is updating in the First record of the current set of records.
Note: 11th service request record description is updating with the value of 20th service request
