Applies to:
Siebel CRM - Version 19.1 to 22.2 [Release V17]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Between versions 19.1 and 22.2 , when an process id is experiencing memory leaks and memory based recycle is enabled, the existing process id (PID) is deactivated and a new ID is created to accept new log ins, as expected.
After entering credentials in the log in page the following is displayed:
"・Closed" in the body
"< font color = ' red > < / font> " in the title
In addition to the message above, it is possible to confirm in server manager that a new session was created against the the old, deactivated PID .
The expectation was a successfull log in against the new PID and active PID instead.
Changes
apply any patch between 19.1 and 22.2
