While running lift utility for SMC introspection , the following error is observed in siebel_lift_utility_xxx.log 

 Replication Steps

-1. Download Siebel cloud manager from market place from OCI console
-2. Setup Cloud Manager
-3. Download siebel lift utility
-4. Run Lift Utility on premise environment as outlined in Using Siebel Cloud Manager to Deploy Siebel CRM on OCI (Doc ID 2828904.1)
