Emails Are Not Getting Cleared From Mailbox After Email Response Processed The Emails (Doc ID 2877264.1)

All the mails were getting cleared from the Outlook mailbox after they have been received by the Communication Inbound Reciever.

But then at some point, the mails are being read and respective SR Notes are also getting created for an SR, but the mails are not getting cleared from the Outlook mail box and they are in "Read" status.

The mail.log file shows the following error:

[ERROR] 2022-03-03 17:43:12.105 [http-nio-9012-exec-3] MAIL - com.siebel.scomm.emailservlet.MailServlet: Exception while closing connection to email server
javax.mail.MessagingException: XXX NO EXPUNGE failed.
