Incremental Repository Merge (IRM) Attempts To Insert S_WFA_INST_PROP.LONG_VAL Object Instead Of Update. (Doc ID 2877754.1)

Symptoms

After Siebel database is upgraded from 15.18 to 22.4, the attribute of Table=S_WFA_INST_PROP, Column=LONG_VAL is not changed. IRM_MERGE0.TXT shows the insertion failure.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Siebel software is upgraded from 15.18 to 22.4
2. IRM is executed as part of upgrep.
3. While it finishes successfully, the above error is reported.
