Line items got associated to previously created order when previous order Disconnected and not submitted.
The issue can be reproduced with following steps.
1. Go to Accounts - Installed Assets
2. Place a Disconnect Order on Asset 1 without submitting the order in Pending Status
3. Place a Disconnect order on Asset 2 linked to same Account
