Symptoms

When running export Full Migration it takes long time to export S_RTC_MOD_OBJ table as the Runtime Repository Data Service appears to be hanging without progress.

The following query was identified as a long running one at the database server monitoring:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Migration Application
2. Create a full migration export plan
3. Execute the full migration export plan
4. It will show as hanging on Runtime Repository Data Service step
