PostInstallDBSetup DDLIMP Is Not Generating DB2 z/OS UTS Compatible DDL Syntax

Symptoms
When running PostInstallDBsetup as part of the 22.3 Monthly Update Installation DDLIMP utility does not generate DB2 z/OS UTS compatible DDL syntax.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 22.3 Monthly Update
2. Choose Defer-Generate DDL files only option on Post Installation Database Update Options dialog
3. Verify the generate_schema.ddl generated in the PostInstallDBSetup_YYYY-MM-DD directory located under siebsrvr/log directory
4. The generate_schema.ddl does not contain UTS compatible DDL syntax
