Webservice Execution Fails With SBL-EAI-04313 For Inbound Webservices In Siebel 22.2 and later RR Environment (Doc ID 2887517.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute an inbound web service in Siebel 22.2 Runtime Repository, a SBL-EAI-04313 error is thrown.

This can be observed in the SOAP UI response:

This error can be reproduced using the following steps:

  1. Login to Siebel Tools.
  2. Create a new DEV workspace.
  3. Using the widget create the Inbound Web Service.
  4. Login to the application.
  5. Navigate to Administration - Inbound Web Services screen.
  6. Activate the Web Service previously created.
  7. Open SOAP UI.
  8. Execute the Web Service.

Changes

 Create a new Web Service.
