Application Slowness Observed in User Interface After Upgrade

Symptoms
After upgrading the Siebel version to 22.5 the application loaded with big delays in the user interface starting from login.
In UI.log we could observe seconds of delay in communication between Application interface and Siebel Server:
[INFO ] 2022-08-15 20:43:05.590 [https-jsse-nio-9011-exec-8 : [Host:dcsapuat03,ProcessId:15794434,TaskId:13631519]] UI - com.siebel.swsm.log.UILogger:logInfo UIConnectionModule.invokeService::Response received from siebel server.
In the Object manager log, only session-related errors are observed:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Upgrade the environment to 22.5.
2. Place the Application interface server in a different network zone.
3. Start the services.
4. Login to the application URL.
Changes
Upgrade Siebel to 22.5
When Application Interface was in the same Subnet with Gateway and Siebel Server, there was no delay observed.
The issue occurs only when the Application Interface Server is set in a different network zone.
