Symptoms

Unable to delete old unwanted integration workspace branches with more than 2k+ plus child workspaces through Siebel Tools with below error in siebdev log file


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Siebel  Tools
2. Select integration workspace branch with 2k + child workspaces and is checkpointed or edit in progress status and delete
3. SBL-GEN-00000: Unable to load message 0xffff is observed in Tools UI
