On : 22.7 version, Siebel Cloud Manager
Siebel Cloud Manager deployment fails at Database Import Stage with following error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute Payload to deploy Siebel using SCM with DBCS Database Option
2. Fails at DB import
