Srvrmgr Command Line Does Not Show Error Response for Start /Run Task or Run Task Command When /S Not Set (Doc ID 2896144.1)

Symptoms

Server Manager command line utility (srvrmgr) does not provide an error message to the end user to indicate that the server has to be explicitly set for the start task or run task command.

Connect to srvrmgr:

No message is displayed when server is not specified just an empty prompt is returned. The task is not started.
