Unable to Start the Siebel Servers - Gateway Server NameSrvr.log Contains Error ORA-03135 - Connection Lost Contact Error (Doc ID 2896883.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to start up the Siebel Servers as it is failing to connect to the Gateway Server with the following error found in the SiebSrvr.log file located under siebsrvr/log directory:


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will the customer's environment with the following steps:
1. Start Gateway Server service
2. Try to bring the Siebel Server up
3. The above fatal error is found
