Error SBL-EAI-04308 When Drilling Into The Folders To Add An Existing Segment To A Campaign (Doc ID 2897107.1)

Symptoms

In the integration between Siebel 21.12 and OAS 6.4, when trying to add an existing segment to a campaign the following error occurs: 

Issue was reproducible at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel and navigate to  Campaigns > Design > Segments/Lists
2. Click on the Segment field to open the Segment Pick Applet
3. Drilldown in any of the folders
