Symptoms
Post Siebel patch update, while trying to login SMC getting error "The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect". In AI tomcat logs, below errors reported:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Siebel patch to 22.x
2. Restart enterprise
3. Login to siebel SMC
3. Login fails with error "The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect"
