Cannot Import Siebel ArchIve File (SIF) From Archive In Web Tools 22.8 This Errors Out With SBL-BPR-00530 And SBL-BPR-00235 (Doc ID 2897952.1)

When trying to import a Siebel ArchIve File (SIF) in Siebel Web Tools the following error is seen in the interface:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in Web Tools.
2. Create a new developer workspace.
3. Go to Archive Menu.

4. Select Import from Archive.

5. Add the file from Browse and click on Import.


 Update to 22.8 Siebel version.
