Symptoms

Users getting Error SBL-UIF-00313 Error Restoring The Context-User when executing a manual query in "Comm Inbound Item List Applet" which returns many records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query in Comm Inbound Item List Applet
2. Perform Comm Inbound Item List Applet (RecordCount)


Changes

With new CTI Integration implementation (Genesys) new indexes and columns have been created to S_EVT_ACT
