Enabled OAuth2.0 for eMail Reponses Error Out "javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: AUTHENTICATE failed" (Doc ID 2898286.1)

Symptoms

When enabled Support Microsoft OAuth 2.0 for Siebel 22.8, follow the steps from Siebel Bookshelf on Configuring Driver Parameters to Support Microsoft OAuth 2.0. Then during the testing, the IMAP Driver complained that was not able to connect to the mail server since is not possible to authenticate with Outlook 365 as shown in the log details below:
