Object Managers not showing in Edit mode for AI profile created via AIprofilecreate.json

Used AIprofilecreate.json to create AI profile and AI profile also has been deployed on AI server. AI is working expected.
In view mode all applications are shown properly associated to Object Managers. But when try to 'edit' mode of AI profile, then all applications configured like eai, ecomm etc shows NO object managers and we can't do any other changes like log level enabling etc without again associating Object Managers to respective applications.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

3. in SMC AI Profile edit mode not showing the AOM linked
