Symptoms
When atempting to upload a standard report template after integrating Siebel on AIX with BI Publisher the following error occurs in the browser:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate Siebel IP15 with BIP 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2332902.1).
2. Navigate to Administration - BI Publisher > Reports Standard Templates.
3. Upload any standard template.
